What we eat plays has a massive influence on how we look and feel. It may not be rocket science to learn that fast food, sugary snacks, caffeine, and alcohol can wreak havoc on your health. What may come as a surprise is some “healthy” foods can also be doing damage. To prevent premature aging, sensitivity, and breakouts, you may need to rethink your diet.
